After Sales Administrator/Assistant

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the After Sales Department based in Wokingham. Reporting to the After Sales Office Manager, the role involves working as part of an established team supporting the needs of our Customers, primarily involved in the reporting/invoicing functions of the department. For the right individual, full system and product training will be given.

 

THE ROLE INCLUDES:

  • As part of a team handle After Sales Service enquiries via phone and email.
  • Ensuring systems are updated with the latest job status information.
  • Checking & authorising of engineers reports/invoicing.
  • Timely and accurate processing of jobs to invoice.
  • Liaising with service agents and engineers to ensure job reports are received on time and are completed accurately.
  • Investigation and resolution of queries.
  • Filing (both electronic and paper) and other relevant clerical duties.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and determining solutions to issues that may arise.
  • Provide management support to track staff leave and update Kronos with absences etc.
  • The role will also involve cross training to assist in other areas of the business when required.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Good interpersonal skills – dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Sound literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good PC skills, knowledge of MS Office, Outlook/Lotus Notes, Word, Excel. In addition Infor M3 as well as Movex and SAP would be an advantage.
  • Personal qualities: able to use initiative, mature in approach to work, ability to resolve problems, attentive to detail, a team worker and a desire to enhance personal skills.
