Baxi UK are on a mission to deliver new levels of growth through services as part of BDR Thermea’s ambitious 2021 vision. We are looking for a Growth Campaign Executive to play an integral role in our new and exciting Growth Team within the Aftersales business. As a Growth Campaign Executive you’ll be responsible for organising customer records and executing campaigns for direct mail, web, emails, PPC and call centre activity. You will become our record, execution and reporting champion. You will be required to assist in the delivery of targeted, personalised and relevant growth campaigns and to evaluate using data analysis and insight. You will measure campaign effectiveness to support ROI, sales, plan counts and uplifts in key KPI’s.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Drive inbound lead generation to support new customer acquisition
  2. Development of data driven, GDPR complaint campaigns to drive the sales of protection plans and services
  3. Generation of innovative ideas to fuel relevant and interesting content with the aim to engage prospective and current customers
  4. To ensure integrity of customer records through following internal QA processes including suppression’s and data troubleshooting, identifying issues and risks
  5. To analyse and interpret data to identify opportunities e.g. sales, cross-sell, loyalty and retention
  6. To perform adhoc analysis in order to find the root cause of problems including thinking of new, inventive ways of using currently available data to answer new questions
  7. Development and management of integrated and GDPR compliant marketing campaigns to drive the sales of protection plans
  8. Generate record sets for campaigns to maximise relationships and retention of existing plan customers
  9. Implement a test and learn methodology. Managing and building a control cell strategy to validate performance and make recommendations
  10. Support the development of a successful campaign calendar
  11. Support the delivery of multichannel campaign flows, creating & optimising of the targeting and segmentation of customers
  12. Full ownership of all campaign reporting (open rates, CTR’s, opt-outs) and analysis of behaviour and commercial performance (revenue increase, churn reduction etc.)
  13. Provide support to the Growth Manager on other projects where required  

Your skills and Experience:


  • Highly data literate and understanding of campaign performance metrics
  • Attention to detail and process orientated
  • A high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access or another relational database software
  • Desire to think what it can be, and not be constrained by current ways of working
  • Ability to  manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines


  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL
  • Experience of advanced analytic tools (e.g. MS Azure) and with creating queries in Cognos BI, Power BI and/or Movex would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and coding in SQL and Python is desirable
