Here at Baxi Heating’s Commercial Division, we have exciting and challenging opportunity for an Area Sales Manager for to join our Commercial Division covering London South area. Our Commercial range provides a comprehensive range of heating systems offers you the most energy-efficient, sustainable and economical solutions, whatever your requirement and has provided energy-saving commercial heating solutions since 1935.

As Areas Sales Manager you will be delivering External Sales for our Andrews and Potterton product range and offer a supporting role to all the Commercial brands. It is a customer facing role, working closely with your Specification Sales Manager in the Region Managing an existing ledger of accounts, ensuring they continue to stay loyal to Baxi, whilst hunting for new business and projects to secure for products ultimately helping achieve the Baxi Commercial Division Regional Sales Target.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Deliver a set budget for the Region
  • Predominately target M&E contractors and merchants sale
  • Provide Technical and Sales information to the Customer
  • Prepare and produce written quotations
  • Working closely with Baxi Commercial Division ASM’s in the Region
  • Supporting and delivering LZC Solutions
  • Delivering KPI designed to hit budget
  • Update and manage Baxi CRM systems in line with company policy[MW1]

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with your peers and senior management
  • Good analytical, planning & organisation skills
  • A technical understanding of product and related regulations
  • A good eye for detail and accuracy in data handling
  • A good team player who is hard working and self-driven
