POSITION: Commercial Administrator

Warwick Based


An exciting vacancy has arisen within Baxi Aftersales based in Warwick. We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious team player to work as part of an established team supporting the needs of our customers. For the right individual, full system training will be given.

Key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • To be a key point of contact for the team regarding customer orders and queries.
  • Ensure that customer requirements are at the centre of all interactions.
  • Communicate and engage with all members of the team to maximise efficiency.
  • Act as an escalation point for Parts Support Agents.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to reduce errors.
  • Manage customer returns and invoice query processes.
  • Provide customer support ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Promote and adhere to all of the Baxi Values.​


Knowledge, experience and qualifications required:

  • Proven experience working in a customer focused and target driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Robust decision making skills.
  • Flexibility combined with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Determination to succeed with a can do attitude towards working.
  • Ability to embrace change.
  • Ability to deliver work as required on time at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
