An exciting vacancy has arisen at Baxi Potterton Myson, Dublin offices as Commercial Manager.
 

As Commercial Manager you will lead, direct, and control the activities of the local business unit so that it achieves its short and long-term financial and operating objectives (for example increased profitability and market share) as set by the overall corporate business plan. You will have specific responsibility for sales revenue growth, margin development and market share improvement in new and existing product/ market sectors.

In addition, the role holder will be responsible for the office and administrative functions. This will include accountability for P&L and the delivery of statutory accounts filed locally with support from UK Finance.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establish an overall vision and strategy that contributes to the corporate plan.
  • Overall accountability for P&L , margin development and increased market share.
  • Set, and monitor the performance of the business against standards and targets
  • Directly manages External Sales, Internal SOP, technical support, after sales in compliance with Group policies, processes and procedures.
  • Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of senior managers

 

  • Ensure the business achieves objectives and complies with regulations and laws.
  • Lead, direct and control the business to achieves short and long term financial and operating objectives
  • Work closely with all other business units across BDRT Group and strategy.

You will also have some shared responsibilities as Commercial manager:

  • Develop, implement, drive and provide focus to support country & Group.
  • Perform business planning and budgeting for the business unit
  • Identify problems and find solutions to resolve them
