Customer Service Advisors – Service Desk - Warwick

6 months temporary contracts available:

Full time - 40 hrs pw – rotating shifts – starting Salary £18,237 per annum equivalent


Baxi is a successful manufacturer of energy efficient heating solutions and it also provides after service support to its customer base. This service is handled by our contact centre at Warwick and they are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors or CSA’s to help deliver that fantastic customer support.


We are looking for Customer Support Advisors, who are committed to delivering brilliant customer service, ensuring we are seen as being EASY to do business with. To do this you will be able to use your Positive and Passionate skills.


The Customer Service Advisor role requires Reliable and Responsive people who can adapt to a fast paced and demanding environment. The ability to listen, empathise and confidently respond is key.


We will offer a full induction programme to help you settle into the role together with on the job training, support and coaching. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. We do however need great people though!  Using your good telephone manner to help customers and make a difference for them, offering great listening skills and being calm under pressure will be put to the test – it will also be very rewarding for you.
