POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

FULL TIME Fixed Term contract

Warwick Based

 

Baxi Genuine Parts, part of Baxi Heating is an established market leader in heating spares and forms part of 10 leading brands, firmly cementing its place as a trusted heating solutions and aftermarket spares provider.

Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, you will work as part of an inbound contact team supporting the needs of our business customers, building rapport with your contacts and providing a support and information service. System and product training will be given.

CSA Vacancy responsibilities include:

  • As part of a team, you will handle inbound telephone enquiries from price enquiries to invoicing queries
  • Help identify parts for all current and obsolete products
  • Liaise with warehouse and materials departments to ensure customer priorities are met
  • Process customer enquiries with the aid of reference materials
  • Timely and accurate processing of customer orders onto Movex
  • Filing and other relevant clerical duties

 

CSA Experience and Qualifications Preferred:

  • Good interpersonal skills – dealing with internal and external customers
  • Sound literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good PC skills, knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Movex would be an advantage
  • Personal qualities: able to use initiative, mature in approach to work, ability to resolve problems, attentive to detail, a team worker and a desire to enhance personal skills
