A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Marketing department at Warwick for a Digital Content Co-Ordinator to join the team.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for  supporting the management of content across all of the Baxi Heating brand websites, to ensure content remains up-to-date, accessible and is effectively promoted.

This role supports the digital marketing team as well as the wider marketing function with website content, structure, and training in the use of required digital tools including SiteCore’s Content Management System (CMS). This role will also assist with supporting SEO, PPC and Google Analytics.


Digital Content Co-Ordinator, in more detail:


  • Manage and maintain SiteCore CMS, working with the digital marketing team, developers and editors to ensure it's meeting the needs of the business
  • Manage website support requests, raising tickets with our external agencies
  • Work with the Digital Manager to test and review new website developments
  • Support content audits by tracking, monitoring and analysing performance of our websites and identify areas of improvement
  • Create and implement content schedules to support product launches and campaigns
  • Support the creation and optimisation of web copy from internal stakeholders as well as agency partners, ensuring SEO best practices
  • Support the creation of the SEO strategies to support activity with stakeholders and agency partners
  • Complete proofreading of all content to ensure ‘quality check’ before implementation, including current content on optimized web pages
  • Follow work flow approval process for all content changes / updates via work flow management system (JIRA)
  • Train and support the wider marketing team on the CMS and writing web copy
  • Create and distribute promotional emails using internal tools, including the management of creative, content and authorisation from stakeholders
  • Provide support for the wider Marketing function by completing administrative activities



Ideal knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Experience in content management systems, with the ability to grasp and use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent writer and editor, with high attention to detail with good spelling and grammar
  • Experience analysing website performance and identifying areas for improvements using Google Analytics and Hotjar
  • Technically minded with a basic understanding of HTML
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital developments and trends with a desire to consistently learn and grow
