Digital Marketing Manager

An exciting vacancy has arisen within the Marketing Department at Warwick as a Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the main focus of the role is to oversee the digital marketing strategy, as well as associated digital marketing projects for our UK and Ireland brands.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Drive and deliver the digital marketing strategy for our UK and Ireland brands based on insight and data
  • Own and deliver all major digital marketing projects for the UK and Ireland
  • Devise digital marketing plans to drive online traffic to the company websites 
  • Measure performance and conversions online, identify areas for improvement, and providing recommendations
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, supporting the wider marketing time, as well as our aftersales business in delivering optimised digital marketing activity
  • Act as the UK product owner for Sitecore, supporting Group IT infrastructure upgrades
  • Support BDR Thermea Group in development and delivery of the digital marketing Capex projects
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of development in digital marketing
  • Manager relationships with external digital partners
  • Active management of the digital marketing executive, guiding the day-to-day activities

 

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Marketing related degree
  • Experience in managing SEO, PPC, CRO, Email Marketing and Social Media strategies
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, best practice, and of digital analytic platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Experienced in a digital marketing management role (agency or client side)
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, with good project management skills
  • Highly commercial, and takes ownership
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration and influencing skills with internal and external business partners
  • Self-motivated, and takes initiative on projects with little direction
  • Highly flexible and adapts well to a changing environment, and able to develop a high performing team.
  • Prince2 or Scrum master qualification is desirable
  • Experience in the following would be beneficial: e-commerce, Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI
  • A CIM qualification is desirable
