An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a brand-new Internal Sales team, based within our Finance department in Warwick. We’re looking for Internal Sales Coordinators who will report directly into our Internal Sales Manager.

The successful candidates will provide exceptional customer support to all inbound customer orders and specification enquiries, as well as being responsible for the daily processing of customer orders and inbound enquiries for domestic boilers, cylinders & water-heating & spares.

As this is new role, and picks up internal sales activity from our Norwich site, there’ll be a period of training required, which will involve travel to Norwich on a regular basis, for a short-term period.

Main purpose of the role:

  • Provide pre-sales product specification advice on a designated range of electrical water heating products
  • Work closely with external sales team, supporting and responding to inbound customer enquiries, and potential sales opportunities
  • Process sales orders for Merchants & Wholesalers. 
  • Process manual order receipts for finished goods requests and associated products.
  • Respond to enquiries/orders and provide information and support in order to ensure customer satisfaction an order fulfilment.
  • Process EDI order receipts, including exceptions, report processing and customer “call off” order processing and monitoring.
  • Complete all associated administration tasks with efficiency and in a timely manner

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • You will have an excellent telephone manner, remaining professional and courteous at all times.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and administration skills.
  • You will work well under pressure individually or as part of a team, to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Analytical skills are essential along with the ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
  • Use of Microsoft is essential, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A general background and understanding of heating and hot/cold water products would be desirable.
  • A high attention to detail and an ability to comply with clearly defined rules and policies is important in this role.
