We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our Internal Sales Team as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator the main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service when raising customer orders, or when answering pricing, stock & availability enquires, and delivery updates; both written and verbal.

Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, in more detail:

  • Act as an internal account manager for specific customers, managing their order process from cradle to grave
  • Process manual orders for finished goods & spares, adhering to customer agreed SLA’s and terms
  • Respond to enquiries/orders providing accurate information and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with supply chain & distribution teams to expedite orders, and resolve potential customer issues
  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to maximise our Customer OTIF capability
  • Work closely with external sales team, supporting and responding to inbound customer enquiries, and potential sales opportunities
  • Provide pre-sales product advice on all products within the Baxi heating portfolio
  • Process EDI order receipts, including exceptions, report processing and customer “call off” order processing and monitoring
  • Complete all sales associated administration tasks with efficiency and in a timely manner.
  • Raising of orders in line with customer agreed terms, and Baxi Heating order cut off times.
  • Ensure orders are raised accurately; correct customer account details, products and pricing.
  • Manage internal inboxes so priority orders are not missed.
  • Monitor call volumes and actively update availability to ensure answer times are within SLA.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an internal sales-based role.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Customer focused, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong positive attitude always looking for the best possible outcome/solution.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and administration skills.
  • Works well under pressure individually or as part of a team and can meet tight deadlines.
  • Is analytical with the ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
