An exciting vacancy has arisen within the Marketing Department at Warwick for a Market Manager to join the team. Focusing on the Heatrae Sadia business, the main characteristics of this role are that you will be responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of integrated marketing plans. In addition to this, you will target relevant commercial audiences (specifiers, architects, facilities managers) under the Heatrae Sadia brand.

As a Market Manager, you will:

  • Develop, manage and implement marketing plans that are data and insight driven for the Heatrae Sadia and Megaflo brands, targeting commercial customers. Covering above, through, and below the line marketing activities
  • Monitor, evaluate an report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, interpreting results and data to recommend future marketing activity
  • Responsible for the brand management and development of Heatrae Sadia, ensuring consistent representation amongst internal and external customers
  • Develop close working relationships with marketing counterparts at our key partners (eg WCD, RIBA and develop and implement marketing plans for each partner
  • Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver commercial marketing plans for Heatrae Sadia, ensuring marketing activity is accurate and consistent with legal, technical and corporate policies
  • Management of external agencies (PR, Creative, Digital, Data and Insight) and suppliers to ensure marketing plans are delivered to the right quality, on time and within budget
  • Responsible for the management and administration of the Heatrae Sadia commercial marketing budget in line with company policies and procedures

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience within a B2B marketing role, with experience of delivering data driven, tailored and targeted marketing plans
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience within Project Management, with the ability to drive and manage projects forwards to meet agreed deadlines
  • Analytically minded, with the ability to interpret data and insight, in order to use it to make recommendations for future activity
  • Preferably holding a professional marketing qualification, e.g. CIM

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working both individually and within a team, organised, and someone who has an excellent eye for detail.
