We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Executive. The mean purpose of this role is to be responsible for the implementation and measurement of the marketing activities targeted at commercial audiences.

As a Marketing Executive, you will

Implement and manage marketing activities targeting commercial audiences.  Activities include direct marketing, PR, content marketing, social media, sales collateral, advertising, events, telemarketing and research, in line with marketing plans. 
Delivering integrated marketing plans and campaigns that are data and insight driven and meet customer needs.
Deliver merchant (ie. BSS, Plumb Center) and key partner (ie. CIBSE) marketing activity including online, price guides and promotional collateral.
Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing activity and put forward recommendations for future activity.
Effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver commercial marketing plans for commercial audiences.
Interaction with other departments to ensure marketing activity is accurate and consistent with technical, legal and corporate policies. 
Work closely with external agencies and suppliers to ensure commercial marketing plans are delivered to the right quality, on schedule and within budget.    
Responsible for the administration of budgets in line with company policies and procedures, monitoring of spend, invoice matching and accruals.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: 

Proven experience within a marketing role.
An excellent communicator, extremely organised, with an excellent eye for detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the group, external agencies, suppliers and key partners.
Good analytical skills and strong numeric skills.
An understanding of the importance of targeted and tailored marketing planning and the value of effective campaign performance.
Should hold a business studies qualification or a recognised professional marketing qualification.
Must be self-motivated and capable of working both within a team environment and on their own.
