Job Description

We are looking for an organised and creative Graphic Designer / Videographer to work with our marketing team working on a variety of products and design activities including planning, filming and editing video content according to internal stakeholder briefs. Responsibilities include developing appropriate creative ideas and concepts to deliver the marketing objectives, whilst working closely with a number of internal stakeholders across multiple functions.

The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting stakeholders to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
  • Estimating the time required to complete a job and providing timescales
  • Developing design briefs that suit the stakeholders purpose
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints
  • Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to stakeholders
  • Working with a range of media, including Adobe Design Suite, and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
  • Film videos / photography on set or on location.
  • Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
  • Plan the shoot with the marketing team.
  • Edit footage in post-production.

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Proficiency with editing software such as PhotoShop.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency with camera equipment.
