A great opportunity has arisen within our Planning Team, based at Warwick for a Planning Operative within Baxi Customer Support.

Key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • As Customer Support Agent (Planning Agent) you will be responsible for effectively  scheduling the engineer diaries on a daily basis, including setting up and ordering parts for further visits when required
  • Be a first point of call to our engineers, and provide support for other areas of the business
  • Liaise with our customers regarding engineer visits and queries, providing resolution and investigation with excellent customer service
  • Supporting other areas of the business when required

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required:

  • You will have experience within a similar role as a planner or scheduler
  • you will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of scheduling and planning applications
  • Preferably educated to degree level
  • As a Planning Operative you will be a confident and a forward thinking person, able to demonstrate previous experience within a production planning or work force scheduling role.
  • Good PC skills, knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Movex would be an advantage

Interested applicants for the Planning Operative position should possess strong skills in customer service and operational planning, accompanied with good efficiency and utilisation management abilities, capable analytical techniques and a positive approach to problem solving and continuous improvements, along with a “can do” attitude to work.
