An exciting vacancy has arisen within our Recruitment Team for a Recruitment Advisor to join.  Reporting directly to the UK Recruitment Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the UK Recruitment Manager to deliver operational end to end recruitment across their business areas, this will include both permanent and temporary recruitment in line with associated KPI’s and SLA’s. This role will also support the development of the Baxi/BRD Thermea recruitment strategy to become an employer of choice and will help create employee value proposition

As a Recruitment Advisor you will:

  • Manages end to end recruitment process for all recruitment positions. 
  • Provides robust data and recruitment KPIs in conjunction with the HRSS team on a weekly and monthly basis to track all vacancies, progress, mapping against succession plans, D&I strategy, headcount and requisitions.
  • Supports the UK Recruitment Manager with developing robust resourcing plans for the UK in line with resourcing budgets.
  • Responsible for developing clear process maps for recruitment to improve current processes in line with UK Recruitment Manager and with particular attention to improving our diversity and inclusivity.
  • Works with the UK Recruitment Manager to ensure a strong presence online, with various third parties etc. in terms of the Company reputation and employer brand.
  • Forges strong links with multiple third-party partnerships with initiatives such as Kickstart, Recycled Lives etc.
  • Trains line managers in good practice and recruitment processes across the business including interview techniques.
  • Ensures all vacancies are raised using the correct requisition process and that these are within forecasts, budgets and resourcing plans, liaising with Finance and HRBPs to establish the requirement.
  • Supports the UK Recruitment Manager with data for regular review of all vacancies with the HRD, FD and other key stakeholders to ensure these are within overall headcount, resourcing plans.
  • Undertakes adhoc project work as required.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable experience as a recruitment advisor.
  • Genuine pride for delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Authentic style with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions. 
  • Experience of using multi channels attraction strategies for talent attraction
