An exciting vacancy has arisen within the Baxi Potterton Myson Ireland Operations department in Dublin as a Sales Support Administrator. Reporting into the Operations Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious team player to work as part of an established team supporting the needs of our customers. For the right individual, full system training will be given.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will:


  • Manage stock control and engineer stock control

  • Co-ordinate customer deliveries

  • Use SOP

  • Conduct logistics administration

Knowledge, skills and experience required:


  • Proven experience working as an administrator

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Robust decision making skills.

  • Flexibility combined with strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Determination to succeed with a can do attitude towards working.

  • Ability to embrace change.

  • Ability to deliver work as required on time at all times.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
