SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR (4 month fixed contract)



A vacancy opportunity has arisen within the Baxi Genuine Parts Department at Warwick for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team on a 4 month contract.  The appointment of the successful candidate will help facilitate developments within the department.

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the supply chain function covering procurement, forecasting, administration and expediting a range of given spare parts ensuring product availability is maintained at targeted levels.

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will:

  • Help reduce supplier late deliveries
  • Assist supply chain account managers to help improve supplier OTIF
  • Ensure the purchasing data is set up correctly
  • Liaise with internal customers and the external supply base
  • Ensure daily KPI dashboards are managed and maintained with any issues reported

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Educated to a degree level or suitable equivalent
  • Ideally you will have experience in a supply chain environment
  • Have an understanding of ERP systems
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office particularly excel
  • Great interpersonal skills, and a confident communicator at all levels

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working both individually and within a team, organised, and someone who has an excellent eye for detail.
