We are looking for a UK CRM Manager to join our Marketing department in Warwick. The main purpose of this role is to lead the development and execution of the UK’s CRM strategy. The role will focus on both acquisition and retention of our core customer segments, optimising the effectiveness of CRM across the customer journey. The CRM Manager will take accountability for all CRM strategies across the business, working with the marketing, sales and customer service teams to lead innovation and user adoption across CRM.

As the UK CRM Manager, you will:

  • Set the strategic and tactical goals for CRM/Data.
  • Acquire a detailed understanding of the overall organisational and user expectations of the CRM.
  • Manage, review and develop the detailed project plan to define business process change and cultural change requirements for CRM adoption.
  • Lead, inspire and support individuals and teams to adapt to revised business processes, using the CRM system.
  • Working closely with the analytics team on measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, constantly looking to improve ROI.
  • Managing the data quality and integrity of the CRM database.
  • Become the lead for GDPR in Marketing, working closely with the Privacy Compliance Manager to ensure the CRM database and ongoing use of the data for sales and marketing purposes in compliant.
  • Gather and document business requirements for enhancing the capability of CRM.
  • Configure and customize CRM to meet the needs of key users.
  • Working closely with the CoE at group level to champion the requirements of the UK business.
  • Perform deployments, testing and quality assurance of CRM systems and associated platforms.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • A proven track record of delivering, testing and launching new CRM platforms and data driven activity.
  • Experience of data management, segmentation and dynamic content.
  • Understanding of how data can optimise the customer journey, and how we can use CRM capability to enhance it.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work at one time - organisation and prioritisation is key
  • Strong relationship builder.
  • Ability to work in fast paced, results driven environment with high autonomy.
  • Ability to champion, manage and grow CRM expertise across multiple business functions.
  • Highly analytical and KPI driven.
  • Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Data Management and GDPR.
