UK Marketing Analyst


An exciting vacancy has arisen within the Marketing Team at Warwick for a UK Marketing Analyst to join the team. Reporting directly to the UK Marketing Intelligence Manager, the main purpose of this role is to deliver Customer 360 reporting to the UK wide Business.

As a UK Marketing Analyst, you will:

  • Create reports and dashboards that contribute to the delivery of the business’s vision for creating a 360 degree view of the customer.
  • Set up reports and dashboards to track Marketing KPIs and supporting metrics.
  • Establish robust ROI metrics for sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Establish CRM reporting to monitor CRM effectiveness.
  • Establish reporting to measure the sales pipelines and conversions, based on CRM data.
  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to data analysis and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
  • Extract data based on agreed measures for Marketing campaigns.
  • Establish governance and document processes for data analysis.
  • Complete analysis of sales and marketing activity and identify opportunities for increasing customer lifetime value. Including robust ROI metrics.
  • Organise and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective collaboration with analyst and data employees and key stakeholders, including defining and documenting requirements.
  • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders across the business.
  • Liaise with UK and Group IT to deliver technical solutions that meet key users’ needs.
  • Be proactive in working closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for increasing customer LTV.
  • Ensure data quality and processes meet regulatory requirements (GDPR).

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience of MS Power BI software.
  • SQL experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Comfortable with handling data of different formats.
  • A passion for working with data, including high-quality and accurate work, and an ability to summarise key findings in simple terms.
  • Marketing/Data/Statistical qualification – ideally a degree level qualification in one of these subjects, but non-graduates considered with relevant experience.
  • Use of PowerPoint to create impactful slides and charts

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working both individually and within a team, organised, and someone who has an excellent eye for detail.
